Releasing the Burden: Hypnosis to Restore Balance to Giving Pt. 2

Part 2 of The Receiving Code

There comes a moment in every giver’s life when the weight of caretaking becomes too heavy to hold, a moment when your body whispers, “I can’t keep doing this alone.” And yet, if somewhere deep in your past, you learned that needing anything made you a burden, then asking for help might still feel like danger.

Perhaps it started young, a parent sighing when you cried, a friend pulling away when you asked too much, a moment when your needs were met with silence.

And so, you inadvertently learned to shrink.
You learned to do it all yourself.
You learned to give so much that no one could ever accuse you of needing.

And yet, life isn’t meant to be lived in that imbalance.

Nature itself breathes in cycles; the ocean inhales and exhales, each wave returning what it takes. And so the body also gives and receives, with each breath attempting to restore the balance.

And somewhere inside you, that rhythm still remembers how to flow.

In this session, we gently meet the part of you who carries the old identity of the burden. Through deep trancework, you’ll learn to release that role, and you’ll feel what it’s like to receive without fear, to ask without shame, and to give again from a place of fullness, not depletion.

Because receiving is a sacred balance.

And each time you receive with gratitude, you multiply what you can give: to your work, to your relationships, and to your own joy.

And the more you allow yourself to be supported, the more your love can ripple outward in ways that truly nourish.

Because when you finally stop carrying the weight of being “too much,” you open yourself to everything that was always meant for you.

The best way to listen to this is sitting upright, in a quiet area, with headphones.

Do not listen to this while driving, operating heavy machinery, or are otherwise engaged.
