Join NowThe Mirror and the Magnet: Hypnosis to Recalibrate Your Relational Gravity Pt 6
Part 6 of the Authority Pattern
In Sessions 1 through 5, we've been clearing and restoring, everything from permission to take up space, freedom from forced loyalty, anger as signal, emotional safety, and your real voice, unedited.
The baseline has been shifting. Decisions are arriving with more ease, old dynamics are losing their grip, and what's becoming clearer now is something more specific: not just that certain rooms don't fit, but why you keep finding yourself in them?
The Pattern This Session Targets
Your relational gravity, who you're drawn toward, which environments feel familiar, what kinds of dynamics you find yourself in repeatedly, isn't random. It was calibrated early, by the environment you grew up in, before you had any way to question it.
If that environment was defined by emotional immaturity, by criticism, by intensity mistaken for care, or by love that required you to earn it, your nervous system built a map of what home feels like, and it's been using that map ever since.
Which is why capable, self-aware people keep finding themselves in rooms that diminish them, in professional circles that drain, and in relationships where they're working to be understood by people who were never going to understand them. This is not poor judgment; this is a magnet that needs recalibrating.
What This Session Does
Helps you see the pattern clearly
Unhooks the nervous system from its draw toward intensity, dominance, and emotional immaturity
Begins installing a new orientation — toward safety, reciprocity, and the people who can genuinely meet you
Updates the map so that what feels like home starts to actually be home
"I stopped people-pleasing and started enjoying every day. I moved to my dream city. For the first time, my life feels like it's actually mine."
How to Use This Session
Best time: Morning or before bed
Environment: Headphones, somewhere private, sitting comfortably
What to bring: Nothing. Just listen.
Integration Practice
Before listening, take a few minutes with these:
Where in my life am I still trying to win a room that was never going to understand me?
What would it feel like to simply stop seeking approval from people who aren't equipped to give it?
What does safety actually feel like in my body, and do I trust it?
