Group hypnosis
One theme. One session. A room full of people ready to do the same work.
bigger shifts
each month
Group hypnosis is one of the oldest and most underused formats in this field, and for good reason: something shifts when you're not alone in the experience.
The shared stillness.
The collective intention.
The knowledge that the person next to you, wherever in the world they are, is releasing the same kind of pattern you've been carrying.
Many people find that group trance goes deeper than solo listening
What to Expect
Many people assume hypnosis is most effective one-on-one. In practice, group sessions often go surprisingly deep. The shared relaxation response, being in a room where everyone is releasing in the same direction, creates a kind of collective permission that's harder to access alone. You're not performing for anyone. You're just present, together, doing the work.
You'll need headphones, a comfortable chair, and somewhere private. You don't need any prior experience with hypnosis or meditation. You don't need to prepare anything. You just need to show up.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have my camera on?
No, you can be fully present with your camera off. Many people prefer it.
What if I can't attend live?
Lucid Hour members receive the recording.
Is this the same as The Lucid Hour audios?
Similar mechanism, different experience. The audios are self-directed and available anytime. Group sessions are live, guided in real time, and shaped by the collective energy of everyone present. Many people use both.
What if nothing happens for me?
Some people feel a significant shift immediately. Others notice subtle shifts over the following days, such as a a decision made differently, a pattern that didn't fire. Both are correct. The subconscious works on its own timeline.
Is this therapy?
No. Group hypnosis is an experiential practice for personal development and nervous system regulation. It is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment.
