The Lucid Hour provides subscribers with access to a library of streaming hypnosis recordings during the subscription period.

Subscriptions grant a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access content through the platform.

Access may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, copied, reproduced, distributed, or made available to others.

Access ends upon cancellation or expiration of the subscription period.

Custom Audio Recordings

Custom audio recordings are created using information voluntarily provided by the customer.

These recordings are educational and self-development products only and are not personalized therapy, counseling, treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare services.

Because custom recordings are created specifically for the customer, all custom-audio purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The Lucid Hour subscription includes a seven (7) day refund period beginning on the date of purchase.

Refund requests submitted within seven days of purchase will receive a full refund.

After seven days, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Custom audio recordings are non-refundable once work has begun or the recording has been delivered.

Intellectual Property

All content available through KM Hypnosis, including audio recordings, written materials, graphics, branding, and website content, is protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a subscription or custom audio does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights.

You may not:
